Terms of use
These terms are a plain-language summary of how Tribute works. They are not a substitute for legal advice, and you should have a lawyer review them before relying on them commercially.
Your account
You are responsible for what is posted from your account and for keeping your password private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
What you publish
You must have the right to publish the photographs, text, and recordings you upload, and permission from the family of the deceased. We may remove anything unlawful, or anything published without the family's consent.
Tributes from visitors
Tributes and guest book entries wait for your approval before they appear. What you approve becomes part of the page you are responsible for.
Payment and hosting
Plans are paid once for the period shown, not by subscription. When a period ends the page is hidden rather than deleted, and renewing restores it as it was. We will email you before that happens.
Availability
We work to keep pages online, particularly around a funeral date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of photographs and text that matter to you.
